What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. When you complete the enquiry form, that is your name, phone number, email address, location, enterprise details and the message you write. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we hold what you share in that conversation.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not build a profile of your browsing.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a farm visit or advisory session.
• To prepare a proposal or quotation you have requested.
• To deliver the services you engage us for and keep the records those services require.
• To meet legal, accounting and certification obligations.

We do not sell your information and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

Your information is shared only where necessary to deliver what you asked for — for example with a laboratory processing a soil sample on your behalf, or a certification body where we are supporting your audit. Service providers who host this site or deliver our email handle data on our instructions. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept as long as required for contractual, audit and legal purposes.

Third-party content

The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame so you can find our office. Google may collect information under its own privacy policy when that map loads.

Your rights

Under Kenya’s Data Protection Act you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no ongoing legal or contractual reason to keep it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection and access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.
