Runs finance and operations, and supports clients on the commercial side of farming — enterprise costing, budgets and the cash-flow shape of a season. Puts numbers against an agronomic plan so a grower can see what an intervention costs, what it should return, and whether the operation can fund it.

Specialises in the avocado value chain end to end — orchard establishment and management, maturity and quality standards, and the handling and market requirements that decide whether fruit reaches its buyer in grade. Advises growers entering avocado on variety, spacing and the years of cost before a first commercial crop.

Handles the water side of farm performance — irrigation design, water-use planning, pump and mainline sizing, and the storage and abstraction decisions behind them. Determines whether a crop gets what it needs when it needs it, and sizes a system to the crop and the water actually available rather than to the acreage on paper.

Develops and manages relationships with the Kenyan diaspora in the U.S.A, serving as a liaison between clients and Kilimo AgroPro’s technical team across farm management, agronomy and other agricultural and agribusiness services. For an owner running a Kenyan farm from abroad, he is the point of contact who keeps the operation reportable across the time difference.
